Initiate Your Return
Log into your British House account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal to generate a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid Royal Mail shipping label provided in your original delivery to the outside of the parcel, covering any previous shipping information.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized collection point and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
